Rotary Club of Panama City Beach

2011-12 theme

Welcome! I invite you to surf through our website as it takes you through District 6940 and our clubs. We are a large district made up of 51 clubs spanning over 400 miles from club to club, covering 25 counties.

Our theme for this year is “Reach Within To Embrace Humanity!” Giving of one’s self, time, energy, and money begins from within.

District 6940 Rotarians are stellar at digging deep within themselves and making the unimaginable happen! 2011-2012 will be no exception, of this I am quite sure!

So reach within, embrace humanity and let’s get to work making our home towns, communities, and the world a more wonderful place to live! Oh, make sure you have a lot of fun along the way!

Yours in Rotary Service,
District Governor Jeannie

District Database On-line for ALL Members to View and Update!
The District has switched to using an on-line database for maintaining Club and Member data...now individual members are able to "maintain" their own data (e.g. Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail, etc.). Check it out by clicking here (or on the MEMBERS ONLY -Data navigation button on the left side of this screen).

Interested in Rotary History??
There are some sites that document much of Rotary’s history.
The addresses are: http://www.rotaryfirst100.org/
and http://www.rotaryhistory.org/
and http://www.historynewsletter.org/
Please note that some of these sites are not affiliated with Rotary International.

Every Rotarian Every Year ... means we need every Rotarian to make a contribution to The Rotary Foundation, every year! And, the best way is to become a Sustaining Member for less than $2 a week (allows you to support all of Rotary's projects)!

For more information, or to sign up on-line, visit the RI EREY web site...Thank you!
